Co-Founder & Chairman - Richard Edick, has over 25 years of experience as a KPMG management consultant, Fortune 500 executive (Bausch & Lomb). He has been CEO of two successful start-ups and one leveraged buyout, which were sold. He is an MBA graduate with Honors from the Wharton School.

CFO - Heather Schwarz, a securities expert, currently working at Merrill Lynch as a certified financial planner (CFP) and an equities broker. Heather brings a wealth of sound financial advice to the team.
